Sing in the City Aw Blacks

Tuesday, 18.30-21:30

Abbeyhill Parish church

The Aw Blacks are named after the All Blacks rugby team in a Scottish play on words and also they perform in black.  They are available for hire and performed at too many events to mention but our clients have included Mimi’s, Edinburgh Zoo, Signet Library, Edinburgh Airport, National Galleries.

They are also available to perform at live shows and we have arranged songs or G4, Kirsten Adams and Nell Bryden.

If you are looking to join a fantastic singing group that get to perform at a lot of quirky gigs and take their singing very seriously then get in touch.

We are looking for people who are natural performers with a great voice and able to dance.                     The Directors Kirsty Baird and Annette Hanley coach this choir to an extremely high standard.  They perform throughout the year at events large and small songs that are cover versions and original songs written by the girls as Hanley and the Baird.

They rehearse on a Tuesday for 3 hours and have other workshops throughout the year and frequent shows and events to prepare for.

Get in touch to arrange an audition.

Take a look at our Bananarama video from 2018 it will give you an idea of what is in store.
